Roasted Camembert with Charcuterie

One of the French bistro classics, much loved by cheese lovers.

You can use your favourite types of cured meats (Charcuterie, Prosciutto) if you like.

When you purchase the Camembert, make sure you got the ones in wooden boxes!

Ingredients for 1 person:

1 Camembert cheese (in wooden box), 300 grams baby potatoes, Prosciutto or charcuterie mix of your choice, salad greens.

Take a cooking pan add the potatoes with cold water and cook (medium heat) until done (15 to 20 minutes).

At the same time, preheat you oven up to 220°Celsius.

Take the paper of the Camembert and place back in the wooden box bottom.

Put the oven (now preheated) on position top grill, 200°Celsius.

Place the Camembert under the grill for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place the Camembert in the middle of a plate surrounded with the charcuterie and potatoes and you’re done.

Easy and quick to do, it does not always to be complicated to have a wonderful lunch.
